Alto PDF Scanner does not collect any personal data. The app operates entirely offline on your device.
To provide Our Services, the app requests the following device permissions:
Camera Permission. We request access to your device’s camera to allow you to scan documents and capture images for PDF creation. Camera data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
Storage Permission. We request access to your device’s storage (including MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE on Android 11+) to allow you to browse, open, create, edit, and manage PDF files on your device. All file operations are performed locally. No files are uploaded or transmitted to any external server.

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no data for us to use beyond what is necessary for the app to function on your device.
All processing — including document scanning, image filtering, PDF editing, form filling, digital signatures, watermarking, and file conversion — is performed entirely on your device. No data is sent to any external server.
Your data security is important to us. Because Alto PDF Scanner operates entirely offline, your documents and files never leave your device through our app. The security of your data is protected by your device’s own security measures, including device encryption, screen lock, and app permissions.

Alto PDF Scanner does not store any personal data on external servers. All documents, images, and files you create or edit using Our Services are stored locally on your device.
You have full control over your files. You may delete any files created by the app at any time using your device’s file manager or through the app itself. Uninstalling the app will remove all app-specific data from your device.
We do not share any personal data with third parties because we do not collect any personal data. No data is transmitted from the app to us or to any third party.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since our app does not collect any personal data from any user, no special provisions for children’s data are necessary.
Alto PDF Scanner does not transfer any data across borders. All data processing occurs locally on your device. No data is transmitted to any server, whether domestic or international.
